Tropical Storm Jerry Forecast Verification

There were no verifiable forecasts issued on Jerry since it remained in the open north Atlantic and never threatened land. There were also only 3 storm updates issued, with the final update issued at 1500 UTC, September 24. Jerry later completed the transition into a tropical cyclone and intensified into a storm. At the time, jerry was not analyzed to be fully tropical or at storm status at that time. NWHHC only provides updates on subtropical cyclones with winds of 35KT or greater.
