Hurricane Danielle Forecast Verification
Written by Derek Ortt on April 17, 2004

There were no verifiable forecasts issued for Hurricane Danielle. Danielle remained in the eastern portions of the Atlantic basin and threatened no land areas. In addition, Danielle occurred at the same time when Hurricane Charley was affecting Cuba and the U.S. East Coast as a hurricane and while Tropical Storm Earl was expected to become a hurricane in the NW Caribbean. Therefore, only storm updates were issued on this cyclone.

The storm updates did indicate some chance of wind and rain from Danielle for the Azores Islands, which did not materialize.
